From M4 Junction 3 take the A322 heading to Guilford.
Stay in the right hand lane and take the slip road onto Guilford Road.
Drive through Lightwater Village until you come to a mini roundabout,
Turn left onto Broadway Road.
Rectory Farm is on the Right immediately at the bottom of the road bridge.
